<p>ALTMOM, do you know how many words are in the 2010 editions? I have only the words from somewhere and not the entire book, so I have no way to figure out if the words in my list are from the latest editions. My list packs about 495 words.</p>

<p>You are right - I saw the “ref” in the domain and thought you sent your referral link so that when people clickthrough and buy, you get a commission. But then I just Amazon’d for a product, and it always puts a ref in there. Sorry for the false accusation.</p>

<p>If you have a list and not the 2 books (Vol.1 & 2) then you have pirated material. There are 400 hundred words total - 200 in each book.</p>
<p>You can start with the fast review in the back of the books and look up the examples for each word if you need to use it in context to remember it better.</p>
<p>I like to read DH books, not just the words. What follow the words are really fun to read and helped me remember them - even though I still forget some. :(</p>

<p>Yup! the list has 400 numbered words with about 95 synonyms, altogether summating to ~495. Great! Don’t have to worry about editions anymore.</p>

<p>So, it would be pointless to buy DH for vocab now?(for the 6/5 test), and try to cram in a couple days by the time it ships to my house. </p>

<p>But how much shipping would that be? The rush or whatever one is like $6 and the “expediated” one is $18. The former one says it will take 1-3 business days and the latter says it will only take 1-2 days. Not sure if those are business days though, which means it could come on like Tuesday, ugh…</p>
<p>Edit: Ok, IDK if I really need DH that badly. I know I need it, but the past two SATs I’ve taken, I’ve gotten 16/19 Sentence Completions right. Obviously I’d like to get that up a little, but I don’t know if I can justify dropping $40 on something for which I probably won’t have enough time to effectivly utilize</p>
