Is double major practically possible for me?

I'm thinking about attending SUNY Binghamton next fall.
I'm a high school senior. I have taken 6 AP exams so far (World(3), U.S(4). Chem(4), Physics B(4), Stat(4), and English Lang(3)). This year, I'm taking 6 AP classes with 10 exams (Euro, English Lit, Macro Econ, Micro Econ, Spanish Lang, Calc BC, Environmental, Bio (self-study), Physics C Mechanics (self study), Physics C E&M (self study) ).
I know it sounds crazy, but I think I can handle it even though there're a lot of materials. I just have to work really hard this year. In fact, I have almost done with self-studying AP Physics C Mechanics already.
Anyway, assume that I got all 3 or above on my total of 16 exams, I should be able to exemplify from most of the general ed intro level classes according to SUNY Binghamton's AP policy. If so, I'm thinking about doing a double major in mechanical engineering and finance.
Will it be possible? I know mechanical engineering requires a lot of credit hours, but I'm willing to give up my summer time for some extra classes if possible. I'm also willing to take more courses within a semester. Since finance requires less credit hours, will I be able to do it along with mechanical engineering?
I'll really appreciate it if anyone could give me some advises or suggestions!

Here is a link to the AP Equivalencies and transfer credit you may receive for taking AP classes.
After looking through the SOM website it seems that a finance minor doesn’t exist, only a BS in Management with a concentration in finance.

I don’t think a minor in finance would really do anything for you employment wise. You’d be better off majoring in Mechanical Engineering and doing the Watson 5th year MBA program. You might even be able to get the two degrees in 4 years if you have enough AP credit and do a summer session or two.

Keep in mind Binghamton will only let you bring in 32 credits from AP exams. Since AP exams generally give you 4 credits that would be about 8 exams you could actually get credit from.
