is economics 101 harder than economics 11?

is economics 101 harder than economics 11? and how about economics 103?

I just graduated as a Math/Econ major.

I had McDevitt for both Econ 101 and Econ 11 and I found 101 to be easier.

Econ 103 is basically a statistics class (regression analysis); it’s pretty easy.

Econ 101 and econ 11 are pretty similar in terms of concept, but econ 101 goes much deeper in math. If you don’t understand calculus (math 31a/b, 32a/b), don’t take econ 101.

Econ 101 goes deeper into the calculus and math for sure.

The only reason I would say Econ 101 is harder than 11 was because I had Sproul for Econ 1, 2, and 11 and was inevitably screwed for Snider (who, in reality, isn’t hard but could explain his way out of a wet bag) in 101.

Depends on the professor you get. You only need to know how to take partial derivatives for 101.
