<p>So....last year as the college viewbooks poured in, one happened to arrive from Tulane University on the same day that the news reports were full of the NO hurricane evacuation. "Well, that's one I don't have to think about," I thought as I tossed the viewbook aside. "No one in her right mind would go to school THERE."</p>
