I heard that students at Gallatin can take up to 32 units from Stern but when I look up Gallatin alumni all I see are writers, musicians, and actors. All of the CEOs come out of Stern but I don't think I could get in there and you are only allowed to apply to one of the schools. I actually prefer the idea of an individualized major anyway, but is it worth the high cost? I'm not sure I could get into Gallatin either but I'm just wondering if it would be worth applying to despite the lack of business alumni on Wikipedia..

Hey,
I saw your post asking whether NYU Gallatin was good for business, and I had the same question. What was the decision you ended up making?

I decided Gallatin might be too expensive for what I want to do, so I applied to other schools instead. I’m going to Berkeley for economics, and maybe at some point later on I’ll apply to Stern or somewhere comparable for my MBA. Good luck on whatever you decide!

Closing old thread.
