It said this application does not require application fee or essay..
Is this same for a regular application?</p>
<p>umm I think that the only difference is that the fast app has no fee. the regular app doesn't have an essay either. I got that email too, but by that time I'd already submitted my Minnesota app with the regular app so I guess I lost 40 dollars :( oh well, I guess that's what I get for being proactive.</p>
