How is the housing at Saint Joseph's? It seems like there arent that many options for getting your own room...they also all seem very aged and average....anyone?

My son is a sophmore there. There are a few options for freshman. My son was in Sourin which while a little bigger than LaFarge and McShain is the first dorm to be tripled. McShain while a conventional dorm and bathrooms are used to house two per room only. I liked McShain a lot, but my son didn’t. His class is the biggest at St. Joe’s and housing was a premium that year. As a sophmore he has a two person one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, private bathroom and more than enough closet space. There are other options , but those three are where the majority of freshman reside.
