Two of my friends’ IDOC portal show Harvard in the list of institutions requiring documents. Mine doesn’t.
Does this mean that IDOC notifications are selective? Am I not supposed to submit my parents’ income tax returns now?

IDOC’s response is dependent on the data that YOU inputted. If Harvard doesn’t show up on the list of institutions requiring IDOC, you DID NOT list Harvard as a receiving institution. So, I would go back and double–check which colleges you elected to receive the information and make corrections accordingly.
I faxed the Financial Statement for Foreign Students to Harvard. I didn’t send the CSS Profile.
Also, I haven’t heard from them regarding any missing documents. Does that mean my financial aid application is complete?
