Is it a possible for me to get into UT?

Okay, I am in the top 12% of my class, I am ranked 120 out of 1008.
I took the ACTs and got a 23.
Throughout high school, I've been taking Pre-AP/AP/Honor classes. A few regulars here and there.
I was/am in: NHS, Interact, Debate, HOSA
I have a lot of community service.
I am getting 3 letters of recommendation letters from teachers and 1 more from my counselor.
My english teacher loved my 2 essays that I sent to them.

What if I were to get an interview?

So what do you guys say are my chances?

where are you from?

and which UT? Austin? Arlington?...

I'm from Pearland.
And UT-Austin.

You have a decent chance as long as you are not trying to get into one of the more competitive programs like engineering, business, or even communications. If you come from a strong high school, admissions tends to overlook the 10% rule. A college counselor told my daughter that her high school is so competitive that UT usually takes up to the top 25% in the class.

Really? I didn't know that, thanks.
I am trying everything I can just to go to that university.
I just sent a resume, letter of recommendations...
Do you think this would boost my chances of getting in? Boo...
Do you think that if I were to get an interview that would help even more? But I think it might be too late if I do it since I already sent my applications...
