I took both the ACT and the SAT, but my ACT score is better. Will it look bad if I only submit the ACT (along with SAT subject tests)?

Also, anyone know UCLA and Cal's avg. ACT scores?

No, submitting ACT scores is not "bad".

Both averages are 29

thanks, i just didn't know if it would look weird, since most applicants submit SAT scores.

ali: thanks, do you know where i can find the admissions stats for Cal? i only found UCLA's.

if you submit your sat subject tests, then they are going to see your sat reasoning anways. all the scores are on one score report.

true, i guess i mean is it bad to only self-report the ACT score, along with SAT subject tests.

no, it is not bad. Just report the score(s) that shows you the best. You don't HAVE to list the SAT if your ACT is better.

ok, thanks, that makes me feel better :)
