I know this is a relative question, but is it easier to score a 5 on the AP or a 7 on the IB exams?

You just answered your own question…

Lol I suppose I did. I’m looking for opinions though - I’m a sophomore so I haven’t taken any exams yet.

I just said that just to say that. I don’t know how you actually did answer your own question… But I do like your name <3.

You said it yourself…it depends on the class. It also depends, somewhat, on your strengths, as IB exams are usually weighted towards expository writing and AP towards multiple choice.

i guess simple sentences do really have depth.

AP exams are easier imo. I’ve taken both.

listen Dnerd… pinksoysauce is one of the cutest names i’ve ever seen on the internet.

Relativity is quite an interesting topic.

Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, seems like a minute.

Place your hand on a hot pan for a minute, seems like an hour.

That’s relativity.

At least credit Albert Einstein for that quote…

I like your username OP. Oh and I like soysauce with low mein noodles.
:)

AP I like better, but I don’t know if it’s necessarily easier.

AP definitely.

Okay, thanks everyone! How did you study for the IB exams? As far as I’m aware, I don’t think there are any IB HL/SL exam study guides out there…although there probably are if I dig deep enough.

How do you study? Find practice exams. That’s how I will when I take CS SL and Likely to be Physics SL Next year, and Spanish V

Dude, it’s SOOOOO hard to get a 6 r 7 on the IB. It’s hard to get a 5 on the AP. tThis is how I would translate AP -> IB

5 - 6,7
4 - 5
3 - 4,3
2-2
1-1
