see, i know someone who was close to failing a class (65 on a 100 scale) and he got a warning letter from JHU. but that’s JHU and that was a 65.

My friend got a D in math second semester and a warning from NYU.
Personally, I’m striving for a 4.0. I’m slightly neurotic and my grade in math may kill that for me, but NYU freaking accepted me! I want to show them they didn’t make a mistake. Also… I don’t want anything to give them a reason to change my financial aid grants&scholarship.

You would have to really screw up to get your acceptance rescinded.

yeah, im sure as long as you(I) dont fail classes for the year or end the year with a D, they wont do anything.
a C for one particular marking period shouldnt matter at all.
so basically as long as you(I) dont totally mess up, we should be fine.

“My friend got a D in math second semester and a warning from NYU.”

what does that mean? a warning like you better get that up or you’re out? what did your friend ended up doing?

im not planning on getting D’s, just curious

lol I’m not too worried about getting D’s… I just thought a straight B to B+ would be a minimum which I will find hard to sustain in some AP classes

Does NYU require a mid year report…? Or just my final transcript?

mid year report
