Plus I am an international student and am applying for need based Financial Aid.

is that a w or uw gpa? your ECs seem very unfocused, what did you emphasize on your application? what about the rigor of your classes? do you have any hooks?

keep in mind, intl students aren’t need blind

I do the A level program therefore all my subjects are pretty rigorous. Maths, Econ, English Lit and History. The GPA is out of 4, its not an actually GPA but estimated based on my grades.

Well I pride myself on doing a bit of everything and trying everything I really like Debating/MUN therefore public speaking
I forgot to mention: Young Enterprise where I and a group of friends created and ran a real business with profit.

while the young enterprise and rigorous courseload does help, i still think it’s a pretty long shot. applying ED would have helped you a lot.

do you have three SAT2’s taken? you can submit those instead of your SAT I score.
