Is It Hard to Land a Job Abroad as Fresh International Graduate?

This is about an international student.

So let's make a hypothetical student. He's from a decent school (let's say US Rank 50), had decent grades (3.33+) and had a year of internship. His major is Computer Science.

Now he's graduated, but he doesn't want to go back to his home country. He wants to work elsewhere, doesn't matter as long as it's not his home country.

Is it hard for fresh US university grad to land a job abroad if he doesn't have any permanent residency/citizenship there? I'll put some examples: US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, etc. generally first-world English-speaking countries.

I think the major issue would be getting a work visa and a job that was willing to sponsor you–and I know nothing about those details.
