Is it impressive to double major in Economics AND Operations Research?

Is it impressive to joint-major in both Economics and Operations Research? I have enough credits to pull off both majors and still graduate on time, but it will definitely be a stressful 2 years!

I could also graduate with a single degree in Computer Science (which was my initial major). I love all the majors, but just wanted to know what's best.

Is the joint degree more impressive over a single degree? Just impression-wise.

btw, I'm on my dad's account, the one he made to ask questions for my younger brother haha... Didn;'t think I'd be back at CC!

major in what you want to do in the future. not to show off your degrees. no one cares what degrees you have in the long run. if you do well in any major, and you are a capable person, you will be successful

Impressions-wise, i don’t think it makes that big of a deal. But it does tend to make your major more specific and may qualify you for some more specialized jobs

Econ/OR is pretty common at schools that actually offer Ops Research.
