is it just me or was the calculator portion on the BC test a complete JOKE!

there was no error checking for the trapezoidal rule or simpson’s rule. now I thought that was really odd, but I had those memorized by heart.

I don’t think Simpson’s rule or Newton’s method is even on the exam anymore. Our teacher said it’s old stuff.

umm I thought both calc and non calc of MC was SUPER easy but I’m pretty much screwed for FR yep I may have very well gotten every MC right and still failed :)

so ummm if by some miracle of god i got all the MC’s right how many FR’s would I need to get right for a 5? (praying I only need like 1 FR right hehe)

All MC right = 54 points

So I’d say you’d need 1.5 FRQ right

thanks well that makes me feel better cuz there was 1 FR I knew exactly what to do and if they give me some points for attempting answers…

I thought everything but the no-calculator multiple choice were super easy. I didn’t omit any calculator multiple choice questions, and I think I pwned all but a couple parts of the free responses.

it sounds like most people think the AB was more difficult than the BC…too bad someone didn’t take both the same day for a comparison :(

You can’t take them both the same year, because they’re offered simultaneously.
