I may just be paranoid because I watched "Stand and Deliver" in my Spanish class this week, but I feel like I might be accused of cheating on the March SAT.

My scores in the past have been horrible (1840 in June, 176 on PSAT in October), but after a lot of studying I started getting 2100's on practice tests, and I feel that I did exceptionally well on the actual test.

Does anyone think they will make accusations if I get around a 2100?

no. they investigate 400+ point increases. dw

You have definitely no reason to worry!
They ‘investigate’ a really small number of people, and, even if you are unlucky enough to fall in this group, all you have to do is to test again and score within a range of about 200 points, which is fairly easy! Anyone (who did not cheat on the orginal test) can do so even without studying!

You won’t have a problem with it. As stated above, even if they accuse you of cheating, you’ll be able to score within the necessary range a second time, since you’ve been getting 2100s for a while now.

Maybe, my classmate from my SAT Training class was accused of cheating because she had a 500 point raise in just 5 weeks. Collegeboard made her retake the test.

You will be fine - don’t worry! Congratulations on your improved scores.
