I maintained a 3.8 UC-GPA during 10th/11th.

During senior year I got a 3.8 weighted my first semester and a 3.0 weighted (still a B average) my second semester. I really just became lazy and complacent (STUPID, STUPID, STUPID) about my grades during the second semester, and I don't want to call them without a good reason if I don't need to.

Do you think a 3.4 senior GPA is fine? Thanks!

Also: I got a 2.8 unweighted (2 As, 3 Cs) my final semester. Thank you, again.

I don’t think so. I had a 3.1 cummulative when I got accepted and got a 2.8 this last semester. The general rule is that there needs to be a signicant gap between the two and, generally, a GPA lower than a 3. They have so many transcripts to look at that only the bizzarre ones tend to stand out. There’s a way to check tho. Look at the to do list on your ucsc portal and note the transcripts section. This section will describe the status of our transcript. If the admissions office has already read it, you’re already good to go.
