Hello, I am lebanese and applying to universities in the US. Is it harder for me to get in than an american student (with the same academic and EC profile) ?
For example Princeton Brown Columbia or Duke.
I am also belgian; should I apply as a lebanese or belgian candidate ?
Thanks

It is usually a bit harder for international students, also international students usually pay full tuition and receive little to no financial aid. If you request financial aid your chances of attending are less

For top schools, the rate for international acceptances is roughly half the overall rate.

even if I don’t apply for financial aid ? @skieurope

Yes.
I’m not sure you have this option. I think most colleges will view you based upon your country of residence.
