i am going to go to a 2 year college and then transfer over to a four year. i want to specialize in pediatric nursing. i was told that i should go to the 2 year college for biology because it covers a wider range incase i want to switch my career. but every one else is saying pre nursing or generic nursing. im really confused.

If you are sure you want to study pediatric nursing, you should take nursing courses because they are specialized courses. If you take general biology courses the next 2 years and then transfer as a nursing student, you’ll have to take 1st year nursing courses at your new school even though you are a junior and take 5+ years to graduate.
