Is it ok if I got over 90 units?

Hey..

I decided I want to switch majors. Right now I have about 45 units, and I plan to stay at the California Community College I am at for another 3 semesters. If I take all the pre-reqs for the computer science major it will put me at about 94 units.

Do UC's accept transfer students with over 94 units that took all of the units at a CCC? Is it looked down upon?

Thanks!

I believe the consensus on these here boards is thus: it's ok as long as all of your units were taken at a CCC.

A student may only obtain 70 semester (105 quarter) UC transferable units from a community college. You can complete more courses and receive course credit but will not accumulate more that 70 transferable units.
