I stupidly procrastinated on sending test scores and for some reason, when I try to send a rush report of my ACT, it does not give that option for MIT. Is it ok if my scores are sent a week or so after the deadline?

(This is an April 2014 test date.)

MIT accepts them online, ACT scores are sent pretty much instantly.
I just sent mine yesterday…

@ARandomGeek Is there a way to see if your score has reached the college you sent them to?

Not that I know of. So far, for the colleges I have applied to, it shows up in my college-specific account, as a received document.
The deadline isn’t for a few more days so you should be fine sending them now.

Edit: I should put here for other people in case this applies to them: if ACT scores do not have a rush option, they will usually have an “E” somewhere next to the name of the school. This notes that the scores are sent electronically (meaning that there really isn’t a “rush” option).

I think OP is all set, but to answer the question in the title: yes, it is ok if your test scores come in after November 1, as long as you order them to be sent prior to November 1.

It’s okay if you are what MIT is looking for! Good luck.
