Is it okay to take the act in february

<p>Hi, I'm a Senior in High School and I've taken the ACT once and got a 23. I want to take it again in February of 2013 so I can get a higher score (25+). The deadline for the college I want to go to is July 1st 2013. Is it okay if I take the Act in February and then send in my scores when I get them? Or Is it too late to be taking the ACT now?</p>
