Is it possible to do two majors & two minors in four years?

I was admitted RD to CALS as a Development Sociology major. Is it possible to complete two CALS majors (Development Sociology & International Agriculture and Rural Development) and two non-CALS majors (Global Health @ Human Ecology & Creative Writing @ CAS) in four years? Is this manageable or even allowed? I'll come to Cornell with 20ish credits from APs & would be willing to take a couple classes at my local community college over my undergrad summers. Any insight whatsoever would be greatly appreciated - I'm having a difficult time choosing between Cornell CALS and the more liberal artsy Johns Hopkins and Tufts (double major in Int'l studies & Sociology).

Thanks in advance guys!

Can only vouch for IR at Tufts/ Fletcher School, which is tops. (So is Hopkins, acc. to this list):
