Is it possible to get into UC with low gpa?

Hi, I’m a high school student and my current grade is a junior right now. Since all of you guys will know that because of coronavirus, there r a lot of issues going on for the graduating class of 2021, and that includes me too. My first language is not English, but I’m didn’t do any esl in juniors or in high school too. My first semester of freshman year’s grades were okay but my second semester was not as okay as the first semester, it was kinda bad. Something just twisted and I didn’t really have any goals out in that year, and until sophomore years too. Honestly, I don’t wanna tell about my grades but to be honest…
Freshman yr 1st semester (A,A,A,A-,A+,B+) second semester (A,A,A,B,B,C+)
yea…it was bad and my sophomore year’s grades were way worse than here…I got a bad grade so I took summer school class for AP class and so total GPA for my sophomore year was about 3.4… I don’t know if its weighted or not because even my freshman’s first semester was 3.7…I don’t know why its way lower than I thought with just one B+…
So going to my junior year, taking AP Lang was rlly stressful to me and math class too, so I had a gpa like 3.2 or like 3.3 but whenever I started to want to do something…which was a doctor. I started to study really hard during my second semester’s junior year and I have all A’s in my class and I’m pretty sure I can end my semester with this grade. I know its really late…but just thinking of what I want to do, I worked really hard to get a good grade. Since I have to stay in the home and I can’t do anything outside, I’m listening to edx program about nursing and medical programs with payments and will get verified certification if I pass this program. I am planning to be involved in the Milal mission. I was a president in a club for one year, and vice president for two years in a club and got a small award from that club for working hard. I will be involved in the link crew for one year during my senior year. Also, I was doing TA in AP Chinese I really want to do anything like volunteering thats related to medical but because of the situation, I can’t do anything right now…
I’m planning to take about 4 AP classes during my senior year…and if I work harder than this year and get between 3.8~4.0 with unweighted…
Would it be possible to get just a little chance to get into any UC colleges with good medical programs…?
If I hear just that one-word “doctor”…, my heart bounces and it really became my dream job…Would it be worth for me to try this hard…?

Calculate your GPA by UC standards with https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/ .

Then take a look at historical (for fall 2019 frosh) admit rates by GPA: http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-general/2174563-2019-uc-freshman-admit-rates-updated.html

To have any possibility of going to medical school, you need to earn a very high college GPA and MCAT score, along with various other expectations that medical schools have (e.g. volunteering in the context of clinical settings and helping the underserved/disadvantaged, etc.). Be aware that medical school is very expensive.

UC’s only use 10-11th grades in their GPA calculation. They will review your Freshman grades to make sure you passed all a-g courses with a C or higher. Senior year grades will not be available at the time of application but your Senior year course rigor will be noted and again Senior year grades will maintain your provisional admission. An upward grade trend will be helpful.

Calculate your UC unweighted, Capped weighed and Fully weighted GPA with the calculator posted by @ucbalumnus and post here.

UC’s do not have “medical programs”. Premed is an intention so you can major in any subject. You just need to take the Medical school course requirements to apply.

All the UC’s will offer the Medical pre-req courses and it is up to you to get that competitive GPA and MCAT score and find those Medically related EC’s needed to apply.
