Is it possible to have too many AP classes?

I already signed up for the classes that I am going to be taking during my senior year of high school, and these are the courses I chose:

AP English Literature and Composition

AP Chemistry

AP US Gov't and Politics

AP Calculus

Physics (Honors)

AP Spanish (@ Stanford OHS)

AP Music Theory (@ Stanford OHS)

AP World History (@ Stanford OHS)

Even though I am a good student, will taking all of these AP classes be possible to complete at the same time? will it be worth it?

(I am scared that I will have no time to finish all of the work, even if I avoid procrastination and work really hard.)

Help. O_O

Ideally, do as many as AP classes as you can while being able to score a 5 on each exam. The point where you have too many AP classes is the point at which you will no longer be able to get a 5 on every exam.

Lit-just reading expect like 1 hours of reading each day (i recommend reading in school during free time- I’m taking this class now)
Chem- Some people are saying it the hardest AP. I guess it is just like regular Chem, just memorize a bunch of stuffs.
AP Gov- should be easy only one semester
I wouldn’t know about these twos as I had also signed up for these for senior year.
AP Calculus- shouldn’t be super hard, unless you’re like the rest of the stupid body that hate math
Physics is just math nothing more.
AP Spanish- “hard to learn, easy to master”
AP Music Theory-???
AP World history- easy

But it all depends on your teachers and school. And if you don’t procrastinate then you will suceed

“Too many AP’s” is subjective. Certain whiz-kids could easily take on your courseload, while others might crash and burn if they tried. If you’re scared of your own schedule, then you probably have too much on your plate.

I’m not too familiar with SOHS, but I’m assuming you’re self-studying three AP’s through an online program. If you’re motivated enough to take all 7, go for it, but otherwise, it’s OK to cut back one or two. It won’t kill your chances at college.

You certainly don’t have too many APs, but those Stanford courses are ridiculously harder than the usual AP classes taught at schools.

It’s just a simply question of “Can you handle it?”

Yeah, if you’re are questioning yourself that there’s too many AP’s, then drop some. I’m not super-smart, but I know when I have too much and what I can handle.

It sounds fine; I’m a sophomore taking AP Calc BC & AP Chem this year and they’re honestly not that hard, I’m also taking AP Euro which is somewhat similar to AP World I guess haha, it’s a lot of reading but not too hard either. I had to take Honors Physics last year, it’s just applied math. My upperclassmen friends taking AP Music Theory say it’s not that hard either, but they’ve been playing piano since they were like 5 ahah. AP Spanish and Gov are supposed to be pretty easy APs too, AP Lit at my school however is a pretty hard course and only those who really enjoy English take it.
