I am in top 1% of my school and I regret taking the SAT lightly due to my high ranks. I am incredibly worried seeing that my SATs scores are so low and I feel horrible about them. This was my first time taking them and I only have two more test I can take. October’s and november’s. I am a senior in high school so it is too late for me. Currently my scores are;
Reading-500
Math-460
Writing-440

I made this exact same mistake when I was in high school. You NEED to get those SAT scores up, like IMMEDIATELY. If you’re planning on getting any substantial merit scholarship money from your school, you MUST raise those scores to at least a 1900.
But, take caution. Your score will get flagged for jumping too much and you may need to take the exam a second time to have them release the scores. Thus, it’s in your best interest to take the November exam in case you need to take the December one too.
Also, don’t freak out that any of this may happen. Just go with it and do your absolute best.
