is it possible to start over?

hi my name is nico, im asian, and im new to this thread. i am currently 20 years old, i messed up my two years of college due to overstressed, procrastination and lack of sleep. i currently stop attending community college in CA because i think that ive already failed my major subjects. i took anatomy and got "D" physiology "C" and microbio "D". i also took 2 englishes with grades of B and C, i took algebra 1C &2 B, statistic C, psychology B, sociology B, and chem C. also have about 4 "W". my parents are doctors and my brother is RN, they are forcing me to take premed. evetho i like to be a dentist.

i was thinking about starting over and do pre-dental. i was also thinking about completing it in airforce if pre-dental degree is possible to achieve. i believe that i can complete this goal if only i get a second chance. just have been overwhelmed with a lot of responsibilities, but now that ive cleared it, my education was somewhat lost. before my parents didnt want me to get a job, now they do. financial aid will only be a loan to us middle class which where greatly affected by this recession. can somone help me, what should i do? start over community college or airforce?

both are options that you can choose from.

im not very military savvy, so you will have to ask someone else.
but if you choose the CC route, starting over wont hurt. even though your record may be a little scratched up from W’s and grades etc. if you are able to explain your situation in your essays and time of application then i think you would be forgiven, especially if you show a straight A trend.

what i suggest you do is go to your local CC…talk to the veterans/military department and see what your options are. you already know what you can do starting over at a CC.

who knows…maybe after the airforce or after CC you might want to do premed or change your major completely. where do you think you will be better off? talk to as many people as you can about this, just dont lose yourself in other peoples advice and end up letting them choose for you.

best of luck
