Is it possible to take premed at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences?

<p>Referring to Carnegie Mellon.
I realize that it is definitely better to do so at the Mellon College of Science, however they require a science SAT Subject test. I have only taken Lit and Math I. There is no way I can get a good science subject test, and I don't even have time to study for it.</p>

<p>Should I just apply to the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and hope for premed (since medical school is my next step after college) or is there any way an exception can be made regarding my lack of a science SAT Subject test.</p>

<p>There is no premed major, and all that’s required for med school is you take a handful of classes. I don’t think it would be a problem to fit those classes in with your electives.</p>
