I didn't take US History first semester and then I enrolled in a different public school for the second semester. Since US History was a requirement for graduation, they gave me US History Term 1 in the second semester. Therefore, at the end of this year, I will complete only the first term of this course. Do I have to take US History Term 2 next year? If I take it next year's first semester, do I have to take US History EOC test next year.

I think it depends on what state you’re in. Our state requires a full year of US history, as does our neighboring state. I think that’s pretty common.

It’s definitely a good idea to figure it out ASAP - you don’t want to get to March of Senior year and be told “sorry!”. It DOES happen.

Usually you do have to take a full year. Talk with your guidance counselor asap.

Our state requires a full year. Most colleges expect at least their American students to have a full year.

NJ requires 2 FULL years. A bit overkill IMHO. Very difficult for APUSH.

Something you need to discuss with your current HS. Every state is different- never heard of the test you mention. I know a student who got a 5 on the AP US History exam before/without taking either the regular or AP courses at our local HS in WI. That exempted him from a “required” course.
