<p>i accepted the offer of admission thinking i would go to stanford but now i may prefer to go to another school. i know this is very stupid but is there any way that i can un-enroll from the university? i don't mind if i don't get the $200 fee back.</p>
<p>Yes you can. I know, for instance, that if you are wait listed and clear, you withdraw from the school where you placed your deposit. I am sure this is fine for the non-waitlisted as well. I am quite positive you cannot decline then change your mind though…</p>
