Nobody else can tell you what your capabilities are.
But is it possible to get 800 in three months?

It all depends on the work you put into it. I took the ACT and started with a low practice score but with a bit of practice I managed to raise it a lot when I took the actual test. Question is, are you willing to put effort into improvement?
Yes, it’s possible. I’ve seen students go from 500s to 800 in that sort of time frame.
No one can “plan” to get into an ivy league school unless their name is: Kennedy, Obama, Zuckerberg, or Malala Yousafzai.
Yes you can. I’m not sure what your current score is or what the gaps in your knowledge may be, but if you’re planning on applying to Ivy League schools then I would think that you definitely are in a position to improve your score to an 800. Put in 100 hours of solid prep before the test (brush up or learn concepts that you’re weak on and take as many practice tests as possibly), and you should be able to come close to your goal. It’s hard to aim for an 800 because one small mistake could ruin your chances, but a 750+ should be doable and a 750+ should be sufficient for any Ivy League school.
