<p>Is it possible to transfer as a junior in one of the UC and then transfer out again to a better UC or a better U again as a junior transfer ?
that would mean losing maybe one junior year but i do not really care</p>

<p>If you transfer as a junior to a UC campus, you would not be able to transfer again as a junior because UC policies do not let you relinquish credit to avoid senior standing. You may of course lie on your transfer application, but that would really be a horrible idea.</p>
