Is it rare for Freshman transfers to be Accepted?

<p>I remember talking to someone in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions that said most people transfer after their sophomore year, but I was wondering if anyone knew how hard it is to be accepted if you're transferring after just one year at a different University. </p>

<p>-I'm taking a few sophomore level classes already, and I got a 3.87 my first semester, and pledged a fraternity - is that good enough?</p>

<p>Depends on a lot of factors. I was a freshmen transfer with a 4, I think depending on your class, you should be fine.</p>
