I want to take as many AP classes as I can but some people have suggested not taking them together. Should i do it or not?

Sure, I don’t see why not. I took both this year (sophomore year), along with APES. So yeah, go for it.

S3 - a rising junior

AP Bio - 5
AP Econ - 5 & 5
AP Hum Geo - 5

I am surprised that he did it. He plans to take AP lan, AP Cal A/B, AP Stat, and AP Chem this Fall. I think that AP Chem may require substantial effort. I am wondering if he should switch that with AP ES or AP US History to secure the National AP scholar status before applying for colleges.

Those two AP tests are very manageable, so it really depends on how tough your high school AP courses are and if you are willing to handle the extra work.

I took World, Calc, and Chem in the same year. Not too difficult. Bio (junior year) was easier for me, but it calls upon the same skill (memorization) as does World-- that might exhaust you.

You definitely can. I took both classes in my freshman year, and I managed.

Yes, I took both during my sophomore year and I think I did pretty well (5 on bio, 4 on whap) despite the fact that my WHAP teacher prepared the class poorly and had us cram lol.

Pretty normal for a smart student. Those that are motivated might add Calculus or Econ.

Yeeeeah!
I’m doing that as well
