<p>PLME if you want a guaranteed good med school opportunity and really like the Brown culture. Be sure that you can handle being there for a long time, however.</p>
<p>Yale if you really love Yale (it is a truly special place). You will be required to take MCATs, of course, but you WILL get into med schools if you go to Yale so don’t worry too much about turning a med school opportunity down for Yale.</p>
<p>Sorry, I don’t understand why you are considering Duke unless you got a full ride. You don’t have the guaranteed med school opportunity of Brown; the sciences are no better than Yale; it doesn’t have the same resources/intellectual culture as Yale; etc.</p>
