Is it too late for me to start preparing for a top US college?

<p>Dual citizenship is for people who are American and another nationality. the test you’re referring to is the citizenship test that permanent residents can take after living and working lawfully in the US for many years. neither is open to you. you’ve been doing everything right so far but there are no guarantees for anyone for colleges as selective as the ones you intend to apply to. If you wish to apply to prestige schools only do so in several countries and keep your home country safety. if you want to study in the US rather than in muggep countries you need to read about many different colleges and apply to a variety of them selectivity wise.</p>

<p>So…nothing can be done with this changing the citizenship thing, huh? :(</p>
