<p>I recently visited New Orleans, and checked out Tulane almost by accident while I was there. It is such a nice school, but I was sad when I realized it is probably too late to apply. Is this true? & if not where can I find the application?</p>
<p>It is past the deadline. You can call and ask, but the odds are very low.</p>
<p>Probably. They might make a rare exception and let you apply if you do so IMMEDIATELY. And if they accept you and you turn down Tulane after they made a special accomodation for you, they will hate you forever. Otherwise, get your transfer application ready for next year.</p>
