Is it true Urban Planning is mostly useful as a Master's?
I'm currently a working towards a BS in Geography specializing in geographic information systems. If I want to get into Urban Planning, would it be useful to change geography to urban planning and continue onto grad school?

Or is it better to major in anything and instead go pursue urban planning in grad school?

Your major does not matter when applying to urban planning graduate programs. The geography degree will provide you with enough of a head start.
