Is it weird that I have no idea where I'll end up?

So, for the past four years, I've busted my butt doing all of this academic stuff. Studied mad hard for quizzes, done all my homework in time, and been the leader in way too many clubs. But now that the opportunity has come for me to "showcase" all that I've got to potential colleges, my mind goes blank.

To sum it up, I have absolutely no idea where I want to go.

Should I go with an easier college so it'll be easier to get into med school (higher gpa) or go for that big name that everyone's after.

Any suggestions?

Go to a place that makes you happy. And by this, I mean one with many sexy, easy women.

No, it’s not. I don’t know either.

Plenty of people don’t know where they will end up–I am one of them.

Go with what you enjoy, but keep practicality in mind.

@FunStuff - OP is a girl genius.

@OP - Do not stress, almost nobody knows where they’ll end up at this point. Myself included.

Heads carolina, taaaails california

I am well aware of that ;)

Hmmmmmm…

I vote Carolina… preferably South Carolina. Ironically, I’m actually considering California for a school choice. lol

Yeah I have no idea which college will make me “happy.”

I should have visited more, but ahh, what can I do now but write some good college essays!

Hey, what fun is life if we know everything already?

^Exactly, MIT! You make a good point.

Assuming you’re a senior, apply to as many places that you’re interested in as possible, and then after being admitted/rejected, narrow down your choices for the best case scenario… that’s what I’m going to do. >.>

I am a senior, and I guess it’s easier for Juniors to say things like, “Hey that’s the fun part” but seriously, when it comes to your actual senior year, it’s stressful beyond BELIEF. Everyone around me knows where they want to go, and I’m like the only one who has no idea.

Within the top 10 at my school, it’s like, Brown’s a safety for me, and Harvard’s a match. That’s insanely stupid, but I think I might even be the extreme opposite of that. I don’t even think I’ll get into our state schools!

Ahhh, I feel you pain Thispakistanigir. I am in the exact same boat. All my friend have already applied and some have been accepted where they want to go, and I am lost and stressed beyond belief.
