is it worth notifying all my colleges at this point?

Hi im a senior who’s waiting for my decisions.

As many people on CC have suggested me, I was gonna forget about colleges and chilax until april.

However, today, I received a mail saying that I was selected to attend the Global Young Leaders Conference (GYLC)…

So my question is, although it is really late in the admissions process and they’ve probably made their decisions, would notifying all the colleges I applied to about this boost my chances?

And can anyone please tell me if this is sent to a few select group of students or just anyone who has a good SAT score?

I don’t know anything about the selectivity, but definitely do NOT notify colleges- they’ve made their decision already.

Evaluate it with your GC. Do not know if important

It’s nothing update worthy at all. Another big money making iteration by Envision EMI. Future Docs, Young Global Scholars — etc. It won’t do a single thing to your application. All those invites go straight to the trash at our house.

Good SAT? Nope. Anyone with a 3.5GPA or better. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/04/19/education/edlife/leadership-t.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0

Attendees say it’s a good time however
