Is it worth updating colleges about?

I was recently accepted to a college - I applied separately for a full scholarship to that school that I will be notified about March 15th.

Prior to that date, I will be participating in three things:

Statewide Conference for Model UN - Security Council (most "prestigious" committee to be on for Model UN)
Minor Internship for State Senator at the State House (preliminary for a longer internship this summer)
Employed at the Polling place for State Special Election - I'll be paid 110 dollars, I believe for 8 hours work.

Is it worth notifying the college of this? Is it something that would favorably boost my chances of receiving the scholarship?

Not sure of the college and stuff but I would say these are impressive so I would notify them. Can it hurt?

I don’t want to seem annoying or for it to come off as; “hey before you postmark that letter that says I’m not getting the scholarship, look at all this stuff I’m doing!!!” - jokes aside; I have a solid shot at the scholarship - I was already awarded the highest scholarship the school offers other than the full ride (which requires a separate application process).

If I did update them; would I do it through email?

Yes, I would do it through email in a somewhat casual tone to just keep your resume up to date so to speak. Congratulations, sounds like you are off to a great start!!
