I agree with BP-TheGuy88-- It completely depends on each persons situation but life is hard for each person in different ways. Some struggle financially, others physically, emotionally etc.

Here's the thing: life is easy. Getting along with other people is hard.

If life didn't have difficulties how could it also have enjoyable times? A "good" life is only good because it is comparable to "bad" times.

"Money doesn't buy happiness."

I actually thought that money could buy happiness, but after we read "The Great Gatsby" in my C.A. class, I changed my mind. Gatsby had all of that money and a gorgeous house, but he couldn't get what he really wanted in life--Daisy.

Extremely...for most people

Money doesn't buy happiness, but it helps happiness along. I think it would be correct to say that the more money you have, the better chance of being happy you are.

In business, there's this something called novelty. The more novelty possessions we acquire, the more refined our tastes become. Thus, we acquire taste we've never had before, and we crave more.

i think the general consensus is that for most people (in the world), life is hard.

what kind of question is this?

life sucks, that is why you have to live and try to make positive changes. Rich people have problems and I find that their problems are just bigger than everyone elses.

life is hard for me, I have paid for dam neer everything since I was 14 and ever since I was 14 I had to pay half the rent and half the bills at home or I could get out. Nobody has ever given me anything, so yes its hard but I like it.

and believe, you cant say money doesn't buy happiness, unless you have been dirt poor. Knowing I have money to eat each night would be great.

Is this a loaded question, rhetorical maybe? Yes, life is hard, for everyone, at times. It's hard making choices that can't be undone if things don't work out, it's hard dealing with things you have no control over, to hard to give and not always get, and it's sometimes hard for us to remember that if you have good health, clothes on your back, and family and friends who care about you, you essentially have it all. Most of us take that for granted regularly, because we always want more.

Again, life is hard, but the good times keep you going.

omg what kind of question is that if you want to take the easy way out and hav an easy living no goals whatsoever and be bored than yes life is easy. But life is usually tough when you more out of it!

Life is incredibly hard, but it is overcoming that hardship that makes it great.

Example: What made my day today was finally cracking a really tough calculus problem. Sure, it was hard and took a struggle, but it was really a rush to solve it. Life is all about that rush (at least if you're as type-A as I am).

depends on how much money you wanna make more money = more work/ harder

No, living isn't that hard... Living life successfully and with some sort of expectations then yes...

depends on the metanarrative you live by

Nothing easy is worth doing.

Happiness is not an unreachable goal. The crux of the biscuit is that one needs to think in order to live. Life becomes hard when one forgets to think.
