Is McGill a stretch?

I have wanted to go to McGill for as long as I can remember. I am applying for 2015 fall admission. I am in the IB program (which is terrible) and I have a 3.70 gpa and 4.78 weighted gpa. I have about a 90% average from Junior year and I do not have my Senior year grades yet. I have a 25 on my act (I know, not good) I am taking it again in December and predicting that I improve by at least one point, but my best scores in each subject are:
English 30
Math 23
Science 26
Reading 28
I know that clubs do not really matter for McGill but for the record, I am in National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, Rho Kappa, and Mu Alpha Theta as well as an IB diploma student.
I am applying for Arts but with the hope of transferring to Management. I hope to get my act score up by at least one point. So, what are my chances? I feel like the only thing holding me back would be my act score....

Like i said, you have no chance.

between 0 and 5% chance I would think
