Who told you so? RD decisions haven’t come out yet, and with the closure of Bexley Hall, the number of students MIT has been accepting has dropped slightly.
Then again, it’s possible that significantly fewer applicants applied this year, but I’m not sure if that’s true.
Where did you hear that stat? EA acceptance rate is similar to last year and I predict the number of RA applicants to be similar to last year.
I hope that they will accept more people, because it’s my first choice, but we don’t know anything. They are yet to release their RA decisions.
