Hi all,
I just took the Chemistry placement test and got 26/40, and according to the placement test guidelines I am to be placed into Chem 1021. Is that a high class? Also, if you have already taken Chem, do you remember what you scored on the placement test and what class you were placed into?

Thanks!

I don’t think there is a Chem 1021, anymore, so it was probably the old name for Chem 1065, which is the chemistry class you need to have for most science majors. It’s general chem, a bit more advanced than the intro chem 1015 for people who are clueless about chemistry. I haven’t taken chem at the U myself, but friends who have usually did a year of chem in high school.
