What I'm asking about probably has no relevancy at all anymore, but oh well.

So Georgia Tech is my top choice school, and I tried to apply for the President's Scholarship in November. Even though I got it in on time, the application didn't count because they didn't process the fee waiver.

This time around, when I didn't get my fee waiver confirmation, I emailed several people until an admissions officer kindly helped me out and got the person in charge of the waivers to process it.

I got an email a day later telling my the copy of my ACT waiver wasn't acceptable. It didn't say why, and I was confused because it was valid and signed, and I had used it not only to take the ACT but as a waiver for several other colleges who accepted it.

Since GT is my top choice, however, I paid the fee out-of-pocket from money I had earned from a summer job.

My question is, should I press the issue? I'm not sure I have an argument now that I've already paid, and on top of that I:
a) have already contacted them several times attempting to get it straightened out, and
b) don't want to seem like I'm nagging in case it might in some way sway their view of my application.

Thanks in advance for the help if you read all that and replied!
