Is my final grade calculated wrong for this course?

So for a class, it says my grade is a B+. However, across the class, my grades were this:

Grade Weight (Percent) 1 60 10 2 65 10 3 77 10 4 85 10 5 85 10 6 90 20 7 85 30

and using a calculator, my grade should be an A- at an 80.7 but online says it’s a B+. So I read the arts and science grading scheme here

'Grading Method: “letters in, letters out” All components of this course will receive letter grades which, for purposes of calculating your course average, will be translated into numerical equivalents using the Faculty of Arts and Science approved scale (see below). Your course average will then be converted to a final letter grade according to Queen’s Official Grade Conversion Scale (see below)."

and here is the arts and science faculty scale: https://■■■■■■■■■/a/XvVEtUH

So I’m trying to figure out why my grade is a B+ based on this. Can anyone explain to me how it works? Are my grades converted like this based on the scale:

10.0% 58.0% 10.0% 65.0% 10.0% 82.0% 10.0% 82.0% 10.0% 75.0% 20.0% 87.0% 30.0% 82.0%

If the first quote above is correct, then you should be using “numbers in, letters out.” If you had converted your letters to numbers in the first quote, then your error may lie there. So too little info is provided. Regardless, it is the instructor who needs to explain/correct the grade, not us.
