when they are away go into the room and jizz on the pillow. problem solved…

The room-mate’s younger brother is how old? Are helping him with college or high school homework? Could he be sent home to live with his parents?

It sounds likely to me that he is dealing drugs. I’m not sure what the consequences would be to you if your apartment were raided.

I’ve held a top secret security clearance. Know bunches of people who still do. People who have done drugs still get top secret security clearances. There is no way that being a roomate to this kid is going to stop his ability to get a clearance in the future.

I’ve also been raided before (for myself, not for my roomates), and my roomates didn’t get any “accessory” bs charges blah blah blah. If it happens, you can bet they’re going to question you…but that’s all. If the OP isn’t doing anything illegal himself, he has nothing to worry about.

Real life is much different than CSI Trust me

And unless your roomate is pushing tons of weight, which I seriously doubt, then most likely law enforcement isn’t going to be on his case. It takes a lot to get noticed.

“And I stand by my claim that a pot smoking roommate could mean that top secret security clearance applications can be revoked.”
*** is this??? The only thing they will revoke a security clearance for that is drug related is if you do your drug test and fail it. It is YOUR security clearance, not the roomates

his little brother is 18, freshmen in college. Not too bright academically though. At least not fit to study engineering, which is what he’s leaning towards right now

I take that back. He’s not stupid; just went to a really *****ty high school that didn’t teach him basic chemistry. When I taught him things like Avogadro’s number, he picked it up pretty quickly

OP, my suggestion is that you sit down with both brothers and tell them you aren’t comfortable with having a stream of people in for a couple minutes and out again and for what appears to be drug dealing out of your apt. Your friend may be surprised, but really he should be aware of what’s goin on.
