It doesn’t look ‘too easy’ but really depends on what classes you’ve taken previously and how this schedule compare to what else is offered at your school.

There’s one approach to this question that is maybe not definitive, but is at a minimum critically important.

When your school (usually your guidance counselor or college counselor) fills out its report on you that gets sent to all the colleges to which you are applying, one of the questions on the form is this:

If you are applying to a very selective college like Penn, you really want the GC to check the “most demanding” box. If you are a top athletic recruit, a movie star, or a survivor of horrible tragedy, you may be able to get away with “very demanding,” but for most applicants anything less than “most demanding” is almost a disqualification. So it’s very important that you ask your GC, directly, “If these are the courses I take, will you check the ‘most demanding’ box? And if not, what do have have to take to get that box checked?” Get the answers in writing if possible; there’s a lot of turnover in counseling positions.

Now, if your GC is a little loose with the box-checking, and a lot of students from your school apply to Penn, the admissions staff would probably notice that your “most demanding” curriculum is a lot less demanding than your classmates’ “most demanding”. So you may feel pressure to keep up with the Joneses, or at least to keep not too far behind them. That’s up to you; it really depends what people take at your school.

Another note, in order to receive the “most demanding” check in my school, you have to be in IB courses which I cannot do because it is too late.
